EQDP brief explanation
Show up for the 25 man raid: 1) Periodically be awarded EP (Effort pts) 2) Kill 25 man raid bosses (again awarded Effort points) 3) Kill a boss for the first time (Awarded bonus effort points) 4) When you bid on gear....you link the item that it will be replacing. Keep in mind that MAIN SPEC will always be the main consideration ...unless no one needs that for their main spec. *IF* you are awarded an item, you will be charged GP (Gear points) in the amount of the value of GP of the item you are bidding on - the GP value of what you are currently wearing. 5) (EP / GP) = PR (Priority Rating), the higher your priority rating, the more likely a piece of gear that you bid on will go to you, provided that there is no special exception here...... Finally, in order to avoid DKP hording overtime.......we are having a DKP decay system where periodically, everyone will lose 10% of their EP and 10% of their GP. Hope this helps, if you have any further questions please ask myself (Deestroyr) or Caedorn or an ex nova member.

Details, and download, at: http://code.google.com/p/epgp/ Anyone can have the EPGP mod running and you can see your current standing/points without having to ask (default is "J" to open the EPGP window)

"Finally, in order to avoid DKP hording overtime.......we are having a DKP decay system where periodically, everyone will lose 10% of their EP and 10% of their GP." If people have problems with things, they need to be brought up in the forums. This is why they are here. Attacking officers for not listening is uncalled for. When no one posts responses, what are we supposed to listen to?

You will find it easier to bid (and understand what's going on when bidding) if you have the EPGP mod installed. See the link, above. To see your current priority rank, type "j" to open the EPGP window and scroll to your character's name. The far right column shows your PR.
