Disaster..73 lock, dawnstalker 71 huntard, bungles 70 mage, brazn 70 shammy, mishkia 70 priest, synir 69 pally and i have teh name tassy reserved on a Dk - Keys: all except the workshop key and i'm not going back to gnomer to get it - Raiding Experience: Pre BC everything up to twin emps BC, up to kalcegos in sunwell, WoLK some naxx pugged into PR runs - Former Guilds and Reason for Leaving: I transferred here from Kael Thas to raid with Ring of Valor as they were similar in progression at the time and on a PST server. Probably wasn't my best decision as the friend who transferred with me quit playing because of the BS that went on here. ( i.e officers and thier alts will be geared first.. only officers and thier alts may roll on vanity mounts and no member is allowed to do a za run without guild officers or will be removed from guild) there was more but you get the idea. It finally got so crazy i stopped raiding and was removed after 3 days off. I joined Shadow society. They are pretty much a friends and family guild and raid when they can. I had been playing witht he idea of going back to raiding guild for some time and it wasn't an easy decision to leave. But i've really missed raiding. - Availability for Raiding: most evenings. I have a work scedule that I have to commit 3 hrs about 10 days a month varrying from 9-6pm and i'll know that at the beginning of every month it may interfere with one or two raids a month rarely more. - Do you know anyone in PR? Scarsick, tankshock, Others from being pugged into a couple of naxx runs. - Please tell us something about yourself or any other pertinent info you'd like for us to know: in RL i'm a realtor and that is what gives me suck flexability to raid although i'm on call a lot i can usually adjust my scedule to allow for raiding. I work hard and play hard. While we all can admit to bad days for the most part I bust my ass during a raid. Don't have fits over being asked to pass loot ( just don't ask me to pass everything every time its hardly fair) I'm a damn good healer and believe i would be an asset to any raid. do we need more healers and more druids?

Mikkie, usually we end up trying to hunt down one of two things for raid/heroics. Healer, or tank. Generally, we're fine on tanks so long as one of our what, 5-6? log on. Healers, however, at 80, are too rare imo.

How fortuitous.

While I agree that healers are hard to come by at 80 at the moment, what happens in a month when most are up there?

We want to have a minimum of 2 SOLID groups for Naxx as well as being able to field a 25 that can get through it in one night, with the upcoming releases of other 10's and 25's PR is pushing to be one of the top guilds, having a solid roster is the goal here not to take people's raid spots.

I like to have 1 more than needed for every class. So if we generally want 2 paladins in each raid, I want to have 3 raiding paladins in the guild. This allows people to miss a night and not having to cancel a raid because of it. I don't want however, to have 6 raiding paladins because I don't want a 25 man group sitting on the bench.

she has my vote.. she still learning things bout her class since they changed some stuff bout druid regen or some shit she said.. But she is a good friend of mine.. she also has bout 7 70s and a 80. So she definately gets around :P

Having a ton of 70s/80s is NOT a good thing to me. It is actually a negative for an app, but that is my opinion.
